At the peak of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Winard Harper and the Jeli Posse perform nightly jazz concerts on the streets of Jersey City. As the gatherings grew, Winard and the Jeli Posse became a symbol of hope we will make it out of this, jazz will survive, and the music will be back.
